Moon rules one of your drowse houses if it and its sign, Cancer, are in your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 9th, 10th, and/or 11th houses AND not in your 6th, 8th, nor 12th houses.
Color: white.

Ways to activate Moon / Cancer:
Draw and color in the Moon symbol with a white writing utensil on paper of the color of another of your drowse houses. (Example below would be if you have Moon and Saturn as drowse house rulers.) Then, either fold it and insert it into your pillow/pillowcase, or place it above your bed on the wall.
Decorate your bedroom with white (i.e. white bedding, paint or leave your bedroom wall white, get white furniture for your bedroom, etc.)
Place a pearl under your pillow.
