Here are questions intended for you to journal about, and to guide and coach you on your wellness journey!

  • What is the emotion that you want to feel around wellness?
  • What do you really want for your wellness?
  • What’s your biggest goal in that area?
  • Where are you at now?
  • What would it look like for you if you began to live daily in alignment with all areas of wellness?
  • If you were sitting across from yourself and consulting yourself on the daily routine that works best for you, what schedule would you create?
  • How would your ideal day look differently?
  • What can you start doing?
  • What can you stop doing?
  • What is a relaxed feeling for you?
  • What would the people close to you notice that’s different with you?
  • Who is not valuing your wellbeing?
  • In what way(s) are you not valuing your own wellbeing?
  • What will be your next step in creating your wellness?
  • When you’re feeling external pressure or judgment as to what action you’re about to take for your wellbeing, what will you do to push that aside?
  • Imagine it’s a year from now. What did you stop doing, or what fear did you let go of, or which person did you no longer allow to get in the way of your wellbeing?
  • Imagine it’s a year from now. What would be the single most important thing that would have changed?
